Welcome

Please note that all appointments are by phone.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, relationship therapist, and clinical supervisor working from an integrated anti-oppression approach. I specialize in recognizing intersectional experiences in areas such as intergenerational trauma, burnout, reclaiming desire, and identity building. Many people have come to see me for support around navigating power dynamics, work, family, dating, sex, and all kinds of relationships.

As an anti-oppression psychotherapist, I value your experiences based on culture, race, indigeneity, socioeconomic status, gender identity, disability, age, sexuality, and spirituality. I often work with people who are of mixed ancestry, racialized, people of the global majority, migrant, queer, trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary, and intersex. I also support Asian settlers resisting anti-Blackness and colonialism within Asian communities. With over two decades of experience in group facilitation, peer support, and community organizing, I am passionate about creating safer spaces for people of all communities, bodies, and backgrounds.

I work primarily with BIPOC who seek empowering ways to deal with stuck patterns, interpersonal issues, and stress. Much of my work is with clients from working class backgrounds who are navigating new places.

I am available for phone appointments only, on weekdays Pacific Time. My office is located in Vancouver, BC, unceded Coast Salish Territories, including Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh.
